We were very lucky on Friday, 4th August when Mrs Roberts, Tilly’s mum, brought in a beautiful Labrador Retriever puppy called Jonno. He is 11 months old and very big and bouncy! Jonno has just finished his puppy walking and will now go on to undertake his training to become a fully-fledged Guide Dog.
We learnt lots about his training and also about other aids which help blind people with their difficult, daily lives. We all had a turn in stroking Jonno which he loved, especially his tummy. A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO MRS ROBERTS for teaching us about Guide Dogs. Photos will appear on our Facebook page.
