May we remind parents that, due to safeguarding regulations, our Facebook Page is only updated at appropriate times. If you need to communicate with us quickly, therefore, please always give us a call.
Movers and Shakers!
With the start of the new term in September, there will be some moves for staff and children around the Nursery; these will apply from 11th September and children will, of course, be having settling-in sessions prior to this.
Under 2 Unit: Miss O’Hanlon will continue to head this up ably assisted by Miss Sanders and Miss Stangoe. Children moving up into Tweenies are Alexandra Berceanu and Harry Harding.
Tweenies: Mrs Hayer will move into Tweenies and join Miss Shinkwin. Those moving from Tweenies up into Early Years are Eliza Butler, Sophie Collins, Harrison Evans, George Jackson, Otto Moody, Tilly Roberts and Luke Smith.
Early Years: Miss Dixon joining our Early Years team with Miss Baker and Miss Wilkins and be assisted by our new Apprentice, Miss Brennan. You may also meet our student, Danni, who will be with us short-term on work experience. Sadly, we shall be saying goodbye to Joseph Askew, Eric Balan, Luca Balan, Lexi Dixon, Lucas Gosling, Bethany Hodges, Daniel Pride, Roop Sangha, and Layli Sarkar – good luck everyone!
Graduation Day!
As previously notified, our Graduation Ceremony for our Early Years children moving on to “big school” will take place on Friday, 11th August, commencing at 2.30 p.m.
If your child does not attend on a Friday, could you please bring them at 2.15 p.m. for dressing!
If you haven’t already done so, please advise us of leaving dates as soon as they are known – notifications is required in writing at least one month beforehand to comply with our Terms & Conditions.
TAX-FREE CHILDCARE
Just a quick update on this as we are not much further ahead! From correspondence we have now received, we believe we have actually managed to register but we are still not showing up on the system for parents to access. More phone calls and chasing on the cards but, hopefully, we are getting there!
